How to delete your talkm8 account
You can permanently delete your account at any time. In the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If the option is not visible, request deletion by e-mail to contact@infin8.world with the subject „Delete account" and the e-mail address registered on your account.
What will be deleted
- Your user account and all profile data (name, e-mail, language, voice settings)
- Your remaining minutes and token balance
- Your voice training data and voice clones
- Your virtual rooms and room history
- Push tokens, session cookies, and device IDs
What we retain for legal reasons
Invoices for in-app purchases are retained for ten years in line with § 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) and remain accessible from Apple or Google after your account is deleted. Anonymized usage data (without personal identifiers) may be retained in aggregated form for analytics purposes.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address registered on your account.
Reversal
Deletion is final. The account cannot be restored. If you want to use talkm8 again, you must create a new account. Previously purchased minutes are forfeited on deletion.
